Gary Wang

National Ethics Council at The American Institute of Architects

Gary Wang is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in academia and professional practice. As the Principal and Founder of Wang Architects since January 2012, Gary has also contributed to the field as a National Ethics Council member for The American Institute of Architects since January 2020. Alongside this, Gary serves as a Lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin. Previous roles include Project Manager at Machado Silvetti Associates and Senior Architect at Jonathan Levi Architects. Gary's academic contributions include serving as an Associate Professor of Architecture at Judson University and as Principal at Wang Studio. Gary began the professional journey as a Designer at Tigerman McCurry Architects and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, where the undergraduate degree was also obtained.
