Kendra Minor

Kendra Minor, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Member Learning at The American Institute of Architects (AIA) since February 2023. With extensive experience in instructional design and development, Kendra held positions such as Senior Instructional Systems Designer at Potawatomi Business Development Corporation, where language courses for the Department of Defense were developed using innovative techniques. Prior roles include Process Review Lead at Tipping Point Solutions supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center, and Manager of Online Learning at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, overseeing the development of accredited online programs. Kendra's earlier career encompassed various instructional design roles across academic institutions and corporations, demonstrating a strong background in managing and improving instructional materials and courses. Kendra holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Central Florida, an MA in Performance Improvement and Instructional Design from the University of Michigan, and dual BBA degrees in Marketing and Psychology from Western Michigan University.
