Kevin Demetri Watkins, CAE, SPHR, serves as the Senior Vice President of Member & Component Engagement at The American Institute of Architects since May 2022, providing strategic insight and counsel on membership and organizational impact. An experienced professional in human resources and operations, Kevin has held senior positions at Volunteers of America-Texas, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and YMCA, showcasing a comprehensive management background that includes strategic planning and budget administration. Kevin holds an MBA from Baylor University and a BA from Trevecca Nazarene University.
