Nicole Babwar

Nicole Babwar, MBA, DES has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the fields of technology, finance, and administration. Nicole has most recently served as the Director of Product Technology at The American Institute of Architects (AIA), where they manage technology strategy and solutions. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Manager of Technology Services & Solutions Customer Success at AIA, overseeing customer service, support, and training. In earlier positions at AIA, they were the Manager of IT Infrastructure and Support and a Specialist in Information Technology, where they managed budgets, implemented cost-saving measures, and oversaw standard operating procedures. Before joining AIA, Nicole worked as a Finance Coordinator at the American Pharmacists Association, where they provided strategic assistance in financial operations and managed division budgets.

Nicole Babwar, MBA, DES has a strong educational background in business and management. Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in the years 2000 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing it from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Nicole attended the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management in 2020 and 2021, where they obtained a certificate in Women’s Leadership Program. Nicole also holds the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification, acquired in 2014, and is a Digital Event Strategist certified by the Digital Event Strategist Certification institution.
