Melissa Silvestri is a Project Archivist currently working at The American Jewish Historical Society. Previously, Melissa worked in various roles such as Cataloger at the Museum of the City of New York, Project Archivist at the American Museum of Natural History, Digital Projects Coordinator at the Center for Puerto Rican Studies, and in other archival positions at institutions such as the Museum of the Moving Image and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Melissa holds a Master's Degree in Archives/Archival Administration from Queens College, a Bachelor's Degree in English from Baruch College, and has also studied at Purchase College, SUNY.
