Emily Chavarriaga

Emily Chavarriaga is a seasoned product manager at Mr. Cooper since April 2022 and serves as the WILL Servicer Committee Chair for the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN). In this role, Emily leads initiatives for Women in Legal Leadership within the mortgage servicing industry, facilitating events and communications for over 300 members. Previously, Emily held various positions at Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, from December 2012 to September 2022, including Government Loan Servicing Operations Manager, where oversight of corporate advance management and default reporting was key. Additional roles included Business Process Improvement Manager, Fulfillment Team Lead, Ginnie Mae Pooling Oversight Analyst, and Foreclosure Coordinator. Emily Chavarriaga holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies and Philosophy from the University of Miami, completed in 2008.
