The American Lung Cancer Screening Initiative
Leslie Bravo is currently a Community Health & Empowerment Intern at ICT SOS and serves as the Latino Medical Student Association Representative and General Member at Stanford Comunidad for Health Equity. Additional roles include Seminar Committee Member for the Stanford Pre-Health Association, Tutor & Mentor at AMVNX, and Vice President and Advocacy Chair for The American Lung Cancer Screening Initiative. Leslie also volunteers in Spiritual Care at Stanford Health Care and acts as a Spanish Patient Health Navigator at the Pacific Free Clinic. Previous experiences include being an MLT Career Prep Fellow in Corporate Management at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, a Media and Marketing Intern with Stanford Women in Medicine, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at La Familia Lab. Leslie is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and Pre-Medicine at Stanford University and holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Friends University. Education was completed at Wichita Northwest High School.

ALCSI is a 501c(3) nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness for lung cancer and lung cancer screening. We work to promote the early detection of lung cancer by advocating for accessible screening for high-risk patients.
