Sherine and husband Nassef Sawiris have been parents at ASL since 2012, when they joined the School with three of their four children: Nadia ’16, Samih ’23 and Nassef ’25. Sherine has served on the Advancement Committee since 2016, the Campaign Leadership Committee (2015-16), and has co-chaired the Arab Culture Group, part of the ASL PCA International Community Committee, since 2015. She was elected to the ASL Board of Trustees in summer 2017, and serves on the Trustee Affairs Committee.
