Ahmed Elhilaly

Ahmed Elhilaly, PhD, serves as a Lecturer of Integrated Marketing Communications at The American University in Cairo since 2022 and holds the position of Assistant Professor of Mass Communication at Mansoura University since 2009. In 2023, Ahmed was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Marketing Communication at The State University of New York. From 2020 to 2023, Ahmed directed The University Academic Counseling System at the University of Hertfordshire and also led modules for The Foundation Year. Between 2018 and 2020, Ahmed served as the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director of the USAID Funded University Centers for Career Development project. Prior research experiences include positions as a Visiting Researcher at Columbia University and North Carolina State University. Ahmed holds a PhD in Marketing Communication from Columbia University.
