Hanem El-Shennawy

Hanem El-Shennawy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Projects Manager at The American University in Cairo's University Centers for Career Development since October 2018, Hanem has previously held key roles such as Project Consultant at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Senior Programme Associate at UNHCR. Other notable positions include Regional Manager for Examinations and Business Development at the British Council, Board Advisor at Alex Chamber, and Executive Director at the Alexandria Business Association. Hanem’s career began at the International Executive Service Corps (IESC) as Senior Projects Manager. Hanem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance, economics, business statistics, and law, as well as an Executive MBA from Alexandria University in collaboration with Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University, and a German International High School Diploma from Deutsche Schule der Borrmomäerinnen.
