The Information Technology team at The American University in Cairo is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the university's digital infrastructure. Their roles include ensuring robust information security, integrating and developing systems, managing core IT operations, supporting network services, mobile applications, and learning management systems, as well as providing IT support and process automation across the institution.
