Karl Kareem M. is an accomplished individual with a robust background in quantitative finance and engineering. Currently a Student Scholar at The Amos Bursary since May 2016, Karl has held various roles in competitive environments including a Quant position within Execution Research at Aspect Capital from May 2022 to November 2023, and an Investment Solutions & Research Intern at the same firm from March to October 2021. In addition, Karl participated in prestigious challenges such as the Trading Simulation Challenge at Citadel and the Electronic Trading Challenge at Jane Street, where critical insights into market dynamics were gained. Karl also attended Facebook Analytics Academy, enhancing skills in statistical analysis using Python. With an educational foundation in Electronic and Information Engineering from Imperial College London, complemented by proactive roles in finance such as Vice President of Finance for the Imperial College African Caribbean Society, Karl demonstrates a strong analytical capability and a commitment to continuous learning and excellence in the field of finance.
