Julie Hakeos

Julie Hakeos, MBA, CIR, possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Workday Analyst at The Andersons, Inc. since June 2013. In this role, Julie has successfully led the implementation of Workday Recruiting, overseeing change management and the training of personnel across the organization. Previous roles include Manager of Talent Acquisition and Lead Corporate Recruiter, where Julie developed strategic recruiting processes for various sectors and managed compliance reporting. Julie's career began at Adecco RPO, progressing through multiple recruitment positions, and has included responsibilities across diverse industries.
