Matthew Kearns is an experienced recruiter with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter II at The Andersons, Inc. since February 2022, Matthew previously worked as a Recruiting Specialist in Mobile Recruitment at Cargill from September 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, Matthew held the position of HR Recruiter at Gold Medal Bakery from May 2010 to September 2019. Matthew Kearns earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Justice Studies and Sociology, as well as a minor in Forensic Science from the University of New Hampshire between 2010 and 2014.
