Niti Baldwin

Niti Baldwin is the director for budget and financial planning at the Foundation. She oversees the budgeting process and provides strategic financial planning in support of the Foundation's mission, goals, and objectives.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Baldwin was associate budget director at William Paterson University where she developed the institution's annual operating budget and financial models for long-term planning. She previously worked at Rutgers University as a budget analyst for the flagship campus and as project manager for strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked as a public health research analyst with a focus on women’s health.

Ms. Baldwin holds an MBA and BA from Rutgers University, and MPH from the Yale School of Public Health.
