Sandra T.

Sandra T. has extensive work experience in the information technology (IT) and real estate industries. Sandra currently holds the position of Vice President of Information Technology & Digital Platforms at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing and facilitating the technology and networking infrastructure in all 32 offices.

Prior to their current position, Sandra served as the Director of IT and Web Services at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty since 1999. Their responsibilities included managing the call center systems, showing desk system, and staff. Sandra also created and developed a lead generating and revenue generating department, which successfully closed over $12 million in sales in the first year and subsequently tripled that amount in subsequent years. Additionally, Sandra served as a company liaison and project manager for hiring and managing web development vendors to create and host the organization's lead producing website. Sandra was also responsible for implementing and monitoring SEO/SEM strategies for optimal return on investment.

Before joining Berkshire Hathaway, Sandra worked as a Realtor at Bennett Williams, Inc/ Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Company from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Recruiter at The Byrnes Group from 1994 to 1996, where they recruited and placed IT professionals in contract and permanent positions with client companies.

Sandra T. studied Elementary Education and Teaching at Towson University. Sandra also obtained a certification in Integrity Coaching from Ron Willingham, Founder of Integrity Systems.
