Deb Karstetter

Deb Karstetter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. As a Partner at The Angels' Forum since May 2010, Karstetter focuses on venture capital investments in seed and early-stage companies, particularly in high-technology and life sciences. Founder and President of Executive nSight since February 2006, Karstetter provides leadership development and coaching tailored for corporate teams. A former Board Director at The Financial Fitness Group, Karstetter contributed to the organization's mission of enhancing employee financial well-being until its merger in March 2024. Additionally, Karstetter served as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Regional Medical Center of San Jose for 20 years until January 2024, and was involved with Intercare Insurance Solutions and Healthiest You in advisory capacities. Previous executive roles include Executive Vice President at ABD Insurance and Corporate Advisor at Healthiest You.
