Michelle Stanford

Michelle Varey Stanford is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both spiritual and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Priest, Chaplain, and Spiritual Director (retired volunteer) for the Anglican Diocese of Toronto since 2012, Michelle has also held key leadership roles in various organizations from 2014 to 2020, including Vice President and Senior Vice President positions at Wolseley PLC, Medcan, and CWB Group, focusing on turnaround strategies in sales, marketing, and operations. Prior consulting experience includes work with Optimus SBR and the Boston Consulting Group, primarily in healthcare. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Ivey Business School, a Master of Divinity from the University of Toronto, and additional credentials in business and board governance from Western University and the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, among other prestigious institutions.
