Alexis Lum

Alexis Lum is a dedicated veterinary professional with extensive experience in animal care and a strong background in musical performance. Currently serving as an LVT in the oncology department at The Animal Medical Center since September 2016, Alexis was promoted to Lead Technician in June 2022. Previous roles include working as a Licensed Veterinary Technician at VCA Animal Specialty Center and Brooklyn Heights Veterinary Hospital, as well as providing dog walking and pet sitting services. Alexis has also been an active soprano soloist and section leader at Plymouth Church of the Pilgrims since 2002, performing at various events including weddings and memorial services. Alexis's educational achievements include a BS in Veterinary Technology from Mercy University with honors and a BS in Environmental Science from Muhlenberg College. Additionally, involvement with Team in Training reflects a commitment to fundraising for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
