Michelle Waring

Michelle Waring (Theodat) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and partnerships. Currently serving as the Steward for Sustainability and Everyday Good at Tom's of Maine since August 2021, Michelle develops and leads initiatives focused on social impact, corporate giving, and sustainability goals. In addition to this role, Michelle is an Anthem Awards Judge and an Advisory Board Member for Green Camps. Previous positions include Director of Entertainment and Brand Partnerships at the Natural Resources Defense Council, and leadership roles at UNICEF USA, where Michelle managed significant corporate partnerships, and at Kipperman Management, providing talent management services. Michelle is pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainability at Harvard Extension School and holds a BA in Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
