Harold Mina has worked in the Information Technology field since 2003. Harold began their career as an Internship Trainee at IBM Philippines, where they responded to telephone calls and email requests for technical support, identified, researched, and resolved technical problems, and interviewed users to collect information about problems and lead them through diagnostic procedures to determine the source of error. In 2005, they moved to TELUS International Philippines as a Senior Information Technology Specialist, providing service desk/help desk support, troubleshooting client related software/hardware problems, and working with systems administrators to implement/maintain active directory accounts. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at SilkRoad Technology as a Portal Architect and Software Support Specialist, designing and developing portals based on client brand guidelines, providing phone and email support to internal and external customers, and investigating, diagnosing, and assessing technical problems reported by customers. Currently, they are a Portal Developer for The Anti, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions for their customers.

Harold Mina obtained their High School Diploma from Aquinas School between 1996 and 2000. Harold then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology with a specialization in Computer Network Engineering from Asia Pacific College between 2000 and 2004. In 2007, they obtained three certifications: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) from Microsoft, ITIL v3 from TELUS International Philippines, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft.
