Senior Manager of Consulting at The Anti

Holly Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Holly recently worked at The Anti as a Director of Consulting, where they focused on upgrading the employee experience through HR thought leadership and ServiceNow expertise. Holly also held roles as a Business Process Consultant and Senior Technical Consultant at the same company. In these roles, they worked with customers to understand their needs and desires and implemented them in ServiceNow.

Before joining The Anti, Holly worked at The Walt Disney Company as an Analyst, Technical Integrations. Holly was responsible for performing system configuration, troubleshooting incidents and defects, and preparing update sets. Holly also worked as an Analyst, Knowledge Management & User Experience, and a Global HR Operations Associate at Disney. In these roles, they gained experience in system administration and HR operations.

Prior to their time at Disney, Holly worked at Walt Disney World, where they held various roles such as Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist, Documentation Administrator, and Innoventions Presenter. In these roles, they researched, wrote, edited, published, and distributed documentation, trained and mentored colleagues, and delivered presentations on groundbreaking technology.

Holly's early work experience includes a role as an Attractions Hostess at Walt Disney World. Overall, they have a strong background in technical consulting, HR management, and documentation, with a focus on improving the employee and customer experience.

Holly Snyder completed their education in a chronological manner. Holly attended Valencia College from 2002 to 2005 and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration. Holly then pursued further education at Ashford University from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management.

In addition to their formal education, Holly Snyder has also obtained several certifications. In August 2017, they received the ServiceNow System Administration certification. Subsequently, in November 2017, they achieved the ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Human Resources certification. In September 2018, they earned the ServiceNow Application Developer certification and various micro-certifications, including ServiceNow Agent Intelligence, Lifecycle Events, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent.

Further expanding their expertise, Holly Snyder obtained the ServiceNow Suite Certification - HR Professional and HR Enterprise in November 2018. Their most recent certification is the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner, which they obtained in December 2020 from Scaled Agile, Inc.
