Illa McEvilly

Illa McEvilly is a seasoned digital producer with extensive experience in web development, user experience consulting, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Digital Producer at The Apex Agency, LLC since February 2020 and as a Founding Member of San Diego Tech Hub since March 2019, Illa also operates as an Independent Contractor, providing consulting services to enhance online presence for small businesses. Previous roles include business development at Primo Wind, Inc. and technical program assistant for the City of Carlsbad, where notable achievements include growing a volunteer program to over 3,000 active participants. With a background in ballet education as a dance instructor and director, along with early experience as a web designer at SAIC, Illa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from the University of Redlands.
