Lisa Desmarais

Lisa Desmarais, SRA has a diverse work experience in the field of appraisal. Lisa has worked as the Vice President, Appraisal Issues at The Appraisal Foundation, where they provided technical valuation expertise and acted as a primary resource for media and public relations inquiries. Lisa has also been a Member of The Appraisal Standards Board and served as the Vice Chair of the Appraisal Practices Board at The Appraisal Foundation. Additionally, Lisa has owned their own appraisal company, Peak To Peak Appraising, from 2000 to 2020. Lisa has also worked as an Assessment Hearing Officer at the City and County of Denver and as a USPAP Compliance Investigator at the Department of Regulatory Agency.

Lisa Desmarais, SRA completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1987 to 1993.
