Steven Sherman

Steven Sherman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the valuation profession. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for The Appraisal Foundation since June 2021 and taking on the role of Managing Director at Loop Capital Financial Consulting Services since March 2013, Sherman has a strong leadership background. Previously, Sherman was the Chair of the Standards Board for the International Valuation Standards Council from 2010 to January 2017 and held the position of Global Chair for Valuation Services at KPMG LLP from August 1979 until December 2012. Sherman holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Accounting from Ohio University.
