Mostafa Mohamad

Mostafa Mohamad has over a decade of experience in learning and development, currently serving as Learning and Development Deputy Manager at The Arab Contractors for Facility Management since April 2010. In this role, Mostafa Mohamad is responsible for designing the full cycle of training and development, focusing on aligning strategies with company needs and stakeholder communication. Prior positions include Head of Learning and Development Department and Senior Training Specialist, emphasizing program selection and performance improvement. Before joining The Arab Contractors, Mostafa Mohamad co-founded a garment and retail business and worked as an Administrative Assistant at INMA GROUP. Mostafa Mohamad holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cairo University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
