Hailey Paddock

Hailey Paddock, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the VP of Employee Engagement at The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter since April 2023. Previously, Hailey held the position of Human Resources Generalist at LIFEPlanCCONY, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS administration. Hailey's diverse experience spans roles in human resources at Adirondack Bank and CONMED Corporation, specializing in payroll processing, benefits management, and employee onboarding. Hailey's early career began on Groeslon Farm, contributing to various dairy farming operations. Hailey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
