Natalie Draham M.ed

Natalie Draham, M.Ed, is an experienced professional with a background in education and behavior analysis. Currently serving as a Supports Coordinator at The Arc Alliance since July 2021, Natalie's role focuses on providing comprehensive support for individuals with disabilities. In addition to this position, Natalie has been an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Abington Senior High School since November 2018 and previously held coaching roles, including Lacrosse Coach for HEADstrong Foundation from September 2020 to August 2021. Natalie's experience also includes working as a Behavior Consultant at Quinn Developmental Services and a Practice Manager at Communiverse, LLC, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance and assisting in social communication groups. Earlier experience includes serving as an Ability Program Instructor at YMCA of the USA, where emphasis was placed on engaging youth with special needs in sports and social activities. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arcadia University.
