Dustin Smith

Dustin Smith, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources. Dustin started their career in 2012 as a Human Resource Associate at Arc Greater Twin Cities, where they were responsible for recruitment and staffing strategies, onboarding processes, and various HR tasks. In 2015, they joined MDI as a Human Resources Generalist. Then, in 2016, they joined The Arc Minnesota and held various roles, including Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and currently, Chief Human Resources Officer.

Dustin Smith, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Creative Writing from Hamline University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued further education at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
