Jessica Lee Eastman

Jessica Lee Eastman is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning various roles in education, hospitality, and special needs support. Currently serving as Program Supervisor at The Arc of Cape May County since May 2020, Jessica is dedicated to assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Concurrently, Jessica operates JeastDesigns, focusing on restoration projects and refurbished furniture. Previous roles include Maintenance Worker at Inn Of Cape May, Hostess and Server at Aleathea’s Restaurant, and multiple positions at Gap International, where responsibilities included Product Manager and Management Consultant. Jessica's early career features teaching at Main Line Reform Temple and participation in stage crew at Saint Joseph's Regional High School. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, with a specialization in Elementary/Special Education, Computer Science, and Mathematics from Saint Joseph's University.
