Jill McDowell

Jill McDowell serves as the Human Resources Generalist at The Arc of East Central Iowa since October 2016. Prior to this role, Jill worked at Nordstrom as a Human Resources and Financial Specialist. With experience as a Direct Care Provider at Linnhaven, Inc., Jill has a background in assisting clients with daily living skills and personal goals. Jill holds a BBA in Human Resources and Management from Mount Mercy University.
