Martin Noah

Martin Noah has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Martin is currently serving as the Senior Director of Creative Technology at The Arc of Essex County, where they provide strategic leadership and hands-on implementation of creative technology solutions. Martin'sresponsibilities include planning and executing SharePoint and OneDrive migrations, developing department-wide team sites and hub site integration, creating business intelligence dashboards using PowerBI, and utilizing third-party data integration solutions via RESTful APIs.

Prior to their current role, Martin founded Authtable.com in 2022 and auditAide.com in 2019, displaying their entrepreneurial spirit.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Martin worked at SCARC, Inc. for a significant period. Martin held the position of Director of Database Management and Compliance from 2018 to 2020, where they managed database systems and ensured compliance. Prior to that, they served as a Supervisor from 2010 to 2018, supervising day program services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in Sussex County. Martin also implemented and administered a web-based client management database system for low-income individuals seeking food pantry commodities.

Additionally, Martin was the Director of Community Services at SCARC, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, showcasing their ability to lead and oversee community-based programs.

Martin Noah obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Martin then pursued further education, earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Rutgers University - Newark between 2016 and 2018.
