David Sprowl is an experienced professional with a strong background in advocacy and support services. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member and Board Member at the Indiana Schools Foundation, Inc. since June 2012, David has also been the Family Advocacy Program Manager at The Arc of Indiana since December 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Intake & Outreach Coordinator and Supported Living Coordinator at Carey Services from 1988 to December 2019, as well as serving as a Support Interviewer for Arc of Indiana My Life My Choice from 2015 to 2016 and participating in the Marketing Committee at SIPN from 2013 to 2014. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science with a Pre-Law designation from Ball State University, obtained from 1996 to 2002.
