Lynn Fleming

Lynn Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Lynn is currently working as the CFO at Arc GLOW since May 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Finance at Epilepsy-Pralid, Inc. from September 2017 to May 2019. Lynn also held the position of Assistant Director of Finance at Wayne ARC from November 2015 to September 2017. Lynn gained extensive financial management experience as the Finance Director at Happiness House from July 2012 to November 2015, where they managed a staff of four and handled billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Before that, Lynn worked as a Senior Accounting Manager at ABVI-Goodwill from September 2010 to July 2012. Lynn began their career as a Senior Accountant at DeJoy, Knauf & Blood, LLP in November 2009 and also worked in various roles at Freed Maxick & Battaglia, CPAs and Insero & Company CPAs. Lynn's expertise in accounting and finance is evident from their experience as a Supervisor and Senior Accountant in these firms. Lynn started their professional journey as a Senior Accountant at Grymin & Jaufmann in 2005.

Lynn Fleming earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2004. Later, in 2010, they completed their Master of Science degree in Accounting from the same institution. Lynn then pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Public Administration degree in Non Profit Management from SUNY Brockport in 2013.
