Martin Miskell

Martin Miskell began his Arc career as Director of Finance at the Livingston-Wyoming Arc chapter in 2002, becoming Associate Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and was tapped to become The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming’s Executive Director in 2015. With almost 20 years in the disability services industry, Mr. Miskell has developed a keen sense of finances as well as regulations.

With the October 2021 merger with the Arc of Genesee Orleans and The Arc Livingston-Wyoming, Mr. Miskell now oversees Arc GLOW, the largest geographic Arc in New York State. The agency covers 2,400 square miles over a 4-county region, and serves up to 2,000 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families.

Miskell grew up in the Geneseo area, and he and his wife Theresa have four adult children. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from SUNY Geneseo and his Master of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
