David Sousa

David Sousa possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in education, the arts, and technology. Currently serving as a Direct Service Provider and Job Coach at FAVARH since June 2016, David also works as a Long Term Substitute Teacher for Kelly Educational Staffing. Previous roles include Teaching Artist at Hartford Stage and Executive Artistic Director at New Britain Youth Theater. David's experience in the corporate sector includes significant positions at GE Industrial Risk Insurers/Swiss Re/XL Insurance, McGraw-Hill Education, and Keane, Inc., where skills in risk analysis, software quality assurance, and consulting were developed.
