Jeanette Wilson

Jeanette Wilson has extensive experience in human resources and program coordination, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ARC of the St. Johns, Inc. since September 2003. In this role, Jeanette has focused on revamping policies and procedures while striving for increased operational efficiency through technology, significantly advancing the agency toward a paperless environment. Previously, Jeanette worked as a Program Coordinator for the Residential, Behavioral, and Nursing departments at the same organization and held the position of Assistant Director of Employment Services at Florida MENTOR. Jeanette’s career with ARC of the St. Johns, Inc. began in 1993, where a variety of roles were undertaken, including Assistant Director of Supported Living Services. Education includes studies at San Diego State University from 2005 to 2007 and completion of a program with the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce in 2005.
