Monick Ricks

Monick Ricks is originally from New Jersey and has been living in North Carolina for over 17 years. She has her Associate Science Degree as Medical Assistant. She has been working with adolescents and adults that have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for over 15 years. She worked with adult women at a group home facility for four years where she assisted and supported the women with completing their Activities of Daily Living. In 2022 she joined The Arc of the Triangle as a part-time Staffing Specialist and a part-time Support Specialist which she loves and enjoys serving the people she supports.
