Shannon Williams

Shannon Williams is a native of North Carolina. She relocated to Wake County to access more opportunities for her two sons and services for her oldest who is a member of the IDD community. Shannon has been involved with advocacy as a foster home houseparent, independent living director and utilization management. Shannon received a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications and Business Administration from Chowan University in 2003 and a Master’s of Public Health and Administration from UNC Pembroke.
