Troy Horton has a strong background in quality control and inspection, working in various manufacturing companies. Currently serving as the Vocational Services Manager/Production Coordinator at The Arc Wayne, responsible for overseeing Welfare-to-Work Programs. Additionally, Troy has experience as a Ground Surveillance System Team Leader/Operator in the US Army and holds advanced degrees in Management and Organizational Management from Keuka College.
