Liana Posella, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at The Arc Ontario since September 2022, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Generalist. Liana's experience includes a diverse background in human resources, with an internship at BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care, and a prior role as a Research Assistant at Canisius College under Dr. Melissa Wanzer, focusing on the effectiveness of social media breaks. Liana also has hands-on experience in retail from working at Wegmans Food Markets in various capacities from February 2016 to September 2023. Liana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from Canisius University, graduated in 2022.
