Arc of Westchester is the largest organization in Westchester County supporting children, teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals on the autism spectrum, and their families. Over 800 hundred employees provide more than 2,000 individuals throughout the county with a broad range of innovative and effective programs and services designed to foster independence, productivity and participation in community life.

The Social Services and Support team at Arc of Westchester focuses on providing essential advocacy, guidance, and personalized services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. This dedicated team, comprising professionals such as social workers, habilitation instructors, and direct support specialists, works collaboratively to coordinate care, deliver educational support, and promote community integration, ensuring that each individual can achieve their potential and lead fulfilling lives.
