Molly Mulrooney Wade has a range of experience in communications, marketing, and public relations. Molly Mulrooney is currently the Director of Communications & Marketing at the Archdiocese of Boston, where they are responsible for creating various communication pieces and leading marketing projects. Previously, they served as the Director of Communications/Marketing & Chief of Staff to the President at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where they provided strategic support and oversaw messaging. Molly also has experience as a technical writer at VetNetwork and as a personal assistant to Jose Ramos Horta, the 1996 Nobel Peace Laureate. Additionally, they have worked as a human rights officer intern at the U.S. Department of State and as a TEFL instructor in the Peace Corps.

Molly Mulrooney Wade obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Development from The George Washington University between 1996 and 1998. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in International Human Rights Law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law from 1998 to 2001.
