Lysbet Verlenden

Lysbet Verlenden is currently the VP of Finance at The Arcticom Group, part of an A&M Capital Partners portfolio, since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lysbet served as an Asset Manager at BRIDGE Housing Corporation from July 2023 to April 2024 and operated as an Independent Consultant from September 2021 to June 2023. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Finance at Hornblower Cruises and Events, a Crestview Partners portfolio company, from November 2018 to August 2021. Lysbet has a substantial background in financial management with roles at Wells Fargo Private Bank in commercial real estate asset management, as well as experience in investor relations at Thorofare Capital. Early career positions include time at Deutsche Bank and SPP Capital Partners in real estate investment banking. Academic credentials include an AB in Economics and French from Dartmouth College, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an exchange MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design, currently being pursued at the Academy of Art University.
