Julie Fenster

Julie Fenster is a lawyer with over two decades of experience in media, entertainment, and technology. Julie is currently the General Counsel at The Arena Group, a position they have held since February of 2022. Prior to that, they were the owner of their own law firm, Julie R. Fenster LLC, for four years. Fenster has also worked as the General Counsel and Secretary of the Company at Vibrant Media Inc. for ten years. During their time at Vibrant Media, they were responsible for content and trademark licensing and distribution agreements, software development and licensing agreements (including licensing and services agreements with SaaS vendors), advertising sales contracts and advisory work, privacy regulatory compliance (including GDPR), sponsored/branded content development arrangements, video content development agreements and corporate governance, organizational and funding matters.

Julie Fenster received a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in American Public Policymaking from Brown University.
