James DeBorja

James DeBorja is the Director of Facilities for the Army Residence Community. He is a retired military veteran with 23 years of service in the U.S. Army Aviation branch. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and is currently obtaining a Master of Science in Occupational Safety & Health. James directs and organizes physical plant operations including all buildings and grounds, utilities, energy management systems, and safety/security systems in order to provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and employees. He ensures organizational goals are met; services are provided efficiently; ensures staff and employees utilize appropriate procedures and safe practices; provides overall coverage of facilities operations; and ensures optimal utilization of resources. James has been with the community since January 2018.
