Steven E. Fuller

Steven E. Fuller, MS is the Chief Executive Officer of the Army Residence Community. He joined the community in May 2018. He has been a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator since 1996 and has over 20-years of long-term care experience. He served the previous 17 years as Chief Executive Officer for the Village at Incarnate Word, a nonprofit Life Plan Community in San Antonio. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Studies in Aging from the University of North Texas. He is a current member, and former board member of LeadingAge Texas, a nonprofit trade association representing the full continuum of mission-driven, not-for-profit aging services providers in Texas. Steve also served in the United States Army in his youth as a Fire Support Specialist and was honorably discharged in July 1989.
