Tobias Burkhalter is an accomplished culinary and hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage consulting and hotel management. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at The ART Hotel Denver since August 2022, Tobias leads operations in a luxury boutique environment. As the Owner and Founder of t2 Concepts, established in November 2020, Tobias focuses on delivering exceptional consulting services in the industry. Previous roles include Director of Restaurants at White Lodging, where achievements included managing multiple award-winning restaurant operations. With a culinary career that spans over two decades, Tobias has held various executive positions in esteemed establishments and has contributed to numerous openings, enhancing culinary operations across multiple brands including Starwood Hotels and Ritz-Carlton. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management from AGS Basel, Switzerland.
