John McCullough

John McCullough serves as the Director of Operations at The Arthur Jackson Company since July 2023, overseeing commercial cleaning and sales operations to ensure service commitments are met while driving business growth. Previously, John held various managerial roles including Director of Property Management and General Manager at Nightingale Properties from July 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing a 2.2 million square foot Class A commercial office project in Philadelphia. Additional experience includes General Manager positions at CBRE and Reit Management & Research LLC, where John managed 1.8 million square foot Class A buildings, and a tenure as General Manager at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, which included achieving a significant LEED certification for a commercial property. John began the career as a Property Manager at Liberty Property Trust and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Holy Family University.
