Omotayo Fashola is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Arts Club Dubai since June 2021 and Chief Executive Officer at Taythan Farms Innovation, Omotayo has previously held supervisory roles at Caesars Palace Dubai, Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, and Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, honing skills in customer relations, staff training, and operational efficiency. With a background as a Vaccine Specialist at UNICEF and a degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Omotayo brings a diverse skill set to the hospitality industry.
